Debian

If you are already using the new Debian system (Software > 2.0.0.0) please give us a email with your instrument type and full serial number. We will setup the new portal for you for free until end of 2021. Of course you also can use the ticket system to send that data to us.

SuSE

If you are still using the first SuSE system (Software Version <= 1.9.9.0) you need to buy an upgrade to Debian to use the new portal. We have two versions of upgrade available depending on the computer hardware of your instrument, please give your distributor an email with your instrument type and full serial number to get an offer. Until end of the year 2021 you will receive an special price for the upgrade.

If you don’t want to upgrade to the new system with all the new features, you can us a static IP address, or the dnydns service to reach your airpointer again.
