The ValveHeater3 Board is controlling the different heaters even before the instruments main computer has booted up. Because also the valves are powered for that board the name was chosen for that board. Because this board is used on different places in the airpointer it is very important to have the jumper set and the address switch set correctly. Jumper List It is mainly used together with API_t benches. On some setups we use a I2C interface to communicate with other boards, connecting or disconnecting cables with power on gives you a 50:50 chance to destroy the boards! Always power off the unit!
